So. My friend (Amanda) and I went to IHOP a couple weeks ago, and one of us had a pen, so I suggested participating in the Revolution.

Saturday at the Hungry Hunter I was having dinner w/ the other volunteers who worked this ball thing. So, my friend Eamon and I wrote on some sugar packets there. There are no pictures though.

Anyway. he drew this little cartoon thing that was saying "Konichiwa."
I wrote "No sane man will dance"
and Eamon also wrote something I didn't see, but I think it said something about the Wii system thing coming out.
We confused everyone at the table. Especially since we asked Judy (the lady in charge) for the pen she was using for the check. :)

I haven't been out in public much in the past month or so, but I managed to remember to graffiti the sweeteners on this rare occasion...

The classic  "I have no redeeming social value" on one packet...
"There's a sailboat in your ketchup" on another (there very nearly was, but my dining companions held the sailboat hostage)...
"The caribou are planning something" was also featured, many thanks to Joss Whedon for that thought...
The evil Splenda declared that "Mutated sugar is inherently mute"...
And just because I'm a nerd who likes words, "Antidisestablishmentarianism" made an appearance...

We went to T.G.I. Fridays.  I figure they need as much revolution as I can give.

So, my mom and I went to Mongolian BBQ yesterday for lunch, 'cause it's hot here and Mongolian BBQ is air conditioned, and has amazing food.

The waiter guy either looked like a guy I've seen at school, or a guy from TV or something. Either way, he was kinda cute.

Anyway! On to the point.

My mom thinks I'm crazy, but... oh well.

On a white one: Prove it.

On a fake sugar packet (pink): A pretty girl is like a melody.

My mom doesn't get it. Oh well. It's still fun.

My daughter and I had dinner last night at our favorite sushi restaurant, Goshi, in Paso Robles, CA. At the end of our meal, I noticed the sugar packets and took one out. She got excited, I got excited, she got out a pen. We each wrote on two sugar packets:

"Some art is boring"
"Let them eat cake"

"Ghosts you draw on my back"
"You need this"

This was our first attempt. We will be better prepared next time.

Enter Howlie's in Palm Beach, Florida at 6:30 pm, just early enough to catch the tail end of the early-bird crowd.

Intellectualism is challenged on a packet of Sweet-&-Low.

So, my mom, cousin, and I were downtown today, and we decided to have lunch at the Busy Bee Cafe.

So, when my cousin asked for a pen to fill something out that she needs to mail in, I asked my mom if I could borrow it before she put it back in her purse. Yay. So, I reached over to to the basket o' sugar packets and condiments (right next to the juke box) and grabbed a Spelda thing, I think.
